Standard and Express Tourist Visas
A Tourist Visa to Singapore is electronic (pdf document) and is issued without personal presence. Visa validity starts from the date of issue and lasts 9 weeks. Once the visa is issued, you may enter Singapore during its validity term.
This visa gives a permission to you to enter Singapore but not to remain there until its expiration date. The period of stay in Singapore as per individual Visit Pass is not longer than 30 days starting from the day of entry. After that you must either leave the country or apply for an extension of your Visit Pass (the decision to extend your stay or not is at the discretion of the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority only).
Important note: A Singapore Tourist Visa is not an immigration pass. It is a pre-entry permission for the holder of a valid visa to travel to, and seek entry, into Singapore. The grant of an immigration pass will be determined by the ICA officers at the point of entry. The period of stay granted is not tied to the validity of your visa. Once you have obtained a tourist visa, or in cases where a visa is not required, you will need to obtain an electronic SG Arrival Card within 3 days before entering Singapore.
You will not be allowed to enter Singapore without the SG Arrival Card. You may complete the Singapore e-Migration Card yourself or use our assistance.

Extension of stay
200 USD
A service for those who need to extend their stay in Singapore for an additional 30 days. Please note that the Singapore Immigration Service allows for a single extension of stay in Singapore for a period not exceeding 30 days.

Other mandatory immigration requirements:
- Have minimum 6-month passport validity if you are not a Singapore passport holder
- Short term travellers holding a passport or travel document from a visa-required country/region must apply for a Visa
- Ensure that you do not bring prohibited items into Singapore
- Short-Term travellers should have sufficient cash and proof of onward travel (tickets, visas), and ensure that you do not stay beyond your visit pass validity.
Starting February 13, 2023 all coronavirus restrictions and requirements have been lifted. It means that any traveller can enter Singapore regardless of their vaccination status.
Standard package of the necessary documents for Singapore Tourist Visa application:
- Completed and signed form (Form 14)
- Copy of the international passport (page with personal data). Passport must be valid for at least 6 months at the time of entry into Singapore.
- 1 photo on a white background. (soft-copy in JPG,JPEG or PNG)
- Air Tickets to/from Singapore
- Hotel Reservation
Keep in mind that ICA has the right to request any additional documents during the application process
Immigration and Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA) accepts applications for tourist visas no more than 30 days before the date of your intended visit to Singapore.
Processing time:
- Standard visa: 3-7 working days
- Express visa: 1-2 working days
The above times are indicative and can be extended in case additional documents are requested by ICA.
- The final decision on the issuance, validity period and duration of the visa is made by Immigration and Checkpoints Authority of Singapore
- A Singapore visa is not a guarantee of entry. The final decision on admission always rests with the Singapore migration officer at the checkpoint.
- In case of delays or visa denial the paid amount is not refundable.

- Under the Singapore Employment Act, tourists are not allowed to engage in any gainful activity, business or professional, without obtaining a work visa or work permit in Singapore under the Singapore Employment of Foreign Manpower Act.

Nationals of the Commonwealth of Independent States (including Citizens of Russia), Georgia, India, The People’s Republic of China (PRC), Turkmenistan and Ukraine may be granted visa-free transit to Singapore for less than 96 hours (4 days) if they have an air ticket to a third country.

- To be on the safe side, we recommend that you always apply for a Singapore Tourist Visa even if your stay is less than 96 hours.
